What this site is

SeatVerdict is an independent price-comparison site. We are not a ticket seller, a broker, a box office or an agent for any marketplace. We do not sell tickets, hold inventory, process payments or issue refunds, and no purchase is ever completed here. Every purchase happens on the marketplace you click through to, under their terms and their consumer protections.

What our prices mean

Every price is the all-in figure per ticket — the listed price plus the mandatory fees we know about — and every one carries a confidence label saying how well we know it:

• All-in before tax — the marketplace states its listed prices already include mandatory fees. Sales tax is still added at checkout in states that tax admissions.
• High-confidence estimate — computed from a fee rate the marketplace publishes.
• Estimate — computed from a reported fee range, or from a listed price we know only approximately.
• Listed price only — the marketplace does not disclose its fees, so the checkout total will be higher than the number shown.

Two limits we state rather than bury. Prices move constantly, so the figure on screen is what we last saw and not a quote — the marketplace's own total at checkout is the final price, always. And where a price is shown for more than one ticket, it is the cheapest single listing multiplied out: no marketplace we read tells us how many seats are available at that price or whether any are together, so that total is explicitly labelled as conditional and you should treat the per-ticket figure as the real number.

A marketplace shown without a price is not a claim about its inventory. It means we could not identify the event there, it published no price we can compare, or we do not query it at all — the row says which.

Commercial relationships

Some links on this site are or may become affiliate links. This never affects the prices shown or the order they are ranked in — ranking is by price, and a marketplace cannot pay to move up it. Full detail: affiliate disclosure.

Acceptable use

Use the site to compare prices. Do not scrape it, run automated bulk requests against it, or use it to drive automated requests at the marketplaces we read. We may rate-limit or block anything that does.

Marketplace and event names

Marketplace names, logos, team names, performer names and event images belong to their owners and are used to identify what is being compared. SeatVerdict is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with any marketplace, team, venue or performer. If you own a mark or an image used here and want it removed, contact us — that route exists for exactly this and is read.

Liability

We take care to be accurate and we correct errors when we find them, but we cannot guarantee a marketplace's price, availability or the validity of any ticket, and we are not a party to your purchase. Our responsibility is the information on this site; the transaction, delivery and any refund are between you and the marketplace. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
