For marketplaces and rights holders
If you operate a marketplace we show, or own a name, logo or image used on this site, and you want your data or your mark removed, email the address above and say so. We will confirm receipt and switch the source off — each marketplace sits behind its own toggle specifically so that one can be done immediately, without a deploy negotiation and without touching anything else on the site. You do not need to send a legal notice to get that done, though you are welcome to.
The same goes for a partnership or data-access conversation in the other direction; that is the outcome we would prefer.
If a price looked wrong
This is the most useful thing you can send us. Include the event page link, the marketplace and what you saw at their checkout. A price that is wrong in a way we can reproduce gets fixed, and the reasoning gets written down so it cannot come back — that is how the fee logic on this site has been built. What our labels each promise is set out in the terms of use.
What we cannot help with
Orders, delivery, refunds, exchanges and ticket validity are all handled by the marketplace you bought from — SeatVerdict never processes a purchase and has no access to your order. Contact the marketplace directly; they are the only ones who can act on it.
Privacy
Email sent to us is used only to answer you. See the privacy policy for what the site itself records, which is less than you might expect.
