Privacy

No cookies, no accounts, no tracking scripts

This site sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage, and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There are no user accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for and no profile to build. You can verify all of this in your browser's developer tools on any page of this site.

What we do record

Two things, both without any identifier that points back to you:

• Searches. The search text, any category or city filter, how many results came back, how long it took, and the time. We use this to find searches that return nothing or the wrong thing.
• Clicks to a marketplace. Which marketplace, which event, the ticket quantity, and the price, confidence label and data source we were showing you at that moment, and the time. This is our record of what was on screen when you clicked — which is what makes an honest price claim auditable rather than just asserted.

Neither record contains your IP address, your browser or device details, a session or device identifier, a name, or an email address. We do not collect them, so we cannot link two records to the same person, and we could not identify you from this data if we tried.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not process payments and never see your card details, billing address or order — your purchase happens entirely on the marketplace, under their privacy policy, not ours.

When you leave for a marketplace

Clicking a buy or check link takes you to a third-party marketplace. From that moment their privacy policy governs, not this one, and they will set their own cookies and record their own data. Some of our outbound links may carry an affiliate tracking parameter — see the affiliate disclosure.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel and its database is hosted on Neon; both necessarily process requests in order to serve the site, under their own terms. We query the marketplaces and the Ticketmaster Discovery API from our servers, not from your browser, so those requests come from us and carry nothing about you.

Your rights, and how to use them

Because we hold nothing that identifies you, there is normally no personal data to access, correct or delete — a deletion request has nothing to match against. If you believe a search you typed contained personal information and you want it removed, email ncvernieri@gmail.com with enough detail to find it and we will delete it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the effective date above moves. Questions: ncvernieri@gmail.com.
